The RESPONSIVE project launched on 1 March 2023 and will run until 28 February 2026. This website will give updates on our activities and publish all the research results, practice guides, policy recommendations, information for citizens. 

The RESPONSIVE project aims to enhance the responsiveness of Europe’s social services to input from diverse citizens. It brings together six research organisations, three civil society organisations, two local municipality social service departments and an international network of social work practitioners to investigate how citizen input in social services can be expanded in terms of diversity and impact. 

We warmly invite collaboration and participation in the project from citizens who use social services, social services, NGOs, local, national and regional governments, practitioners, social work associations and others. You may wish to take part in the research or we will be happy to make a training event or presentation at your network or organisation.
