RESPONSIVE is a research and innovation project is funded by the European Union from 2023-2025. It seeks to increase the responsiveness of three types of social service to input from citizens who use them. It focuses on:
- Services supporting inclusion of persons with disabilities or mental health issues
- Child protection services
- Services for youth at risk (15-30 years old)
RESPONSIVE brings together six research organisations, three civil society organisations, two social services departments of local municipality and an international network of social work practitioners to investigate how citizen input in social services can be expanded in terms of diversity and impact.
