Summary:
We reach widely with initiatives specifically targeted at the target groups of each member organization. Everyone works purposefully to improve conditions for either families with children living in poverty, children and young people placed outside the home, or generally for children and young people growing up in challenging and vulnerable conditions. Every day, professionals and volunteers within each member organization work to prevent vulnerability.
Aims:
In the National Council for Children, we stand together for vulnerable children and youth in Denmark. We advocate for the rights and conditions of vulnerable children and youth, and for all children to grow up in safety and security.

Families, children and youth in vulnerable positions, parents.
Issues addressed:
Vulnerable families, children and youth in Denmark do not always have the right conditions.
Outcome:
Every day, professionals and volunteers within each member organization work to limit and prevent vulnerability.
Sustainability:
Our shared vision is a Denmark without poverty for children and young people, where the rights to participation, self-determination, health, development, security, and education are realized.
