Summary:
Home for All is an alliance of 22 partners with a common goal to end youth homelessness. They work specifically to ensure that all young people have access to housing, support, and networks.
Aim:
To secure homes for homeless young people.

Municipalities, NGO’s, schools.
Issues addressed:
Young homeless people are not necessarily getting the help they need. The importance of a base in form of a home is one thing, but a stabil every-day-life is what makes the difference for the young people, when it comes to maintain good habbits and a home.
Outcome:
Four municipalities, together with the Danish National Board of Social Services, have worked on further developing an intervention model specifically aimed at Housing First for Youth (ages 14-24) at risk of or experiencing homelessness. As an example of an outcome of the groups’ action.
